Ready made Items:

These include all items sold by Darius Nickovich Studios, that are not custom ordered. 

All items returned must be in unused and undamaged condition, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Return shipping is the customers responsibility, and should be postmarked within the 14 day window to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount.

The original Shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable and will be deducted from total purchase amount upon refund.

Damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

All returns must contain a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be given in the form in which it was received. Returns on Items without proof of purchase will only be honored at the sellers discretion.

Any returns made after the 14 day window will only be honored at the seller discretion.

Custom Orders:

custom orders are non-refundable.

I simply cannot resell items that are custom designed specifically for a particular client.

I do my all I can to give the best servicing possible. If you are not satisfied with my work for any reason, come back within 14 days with your receipt and I will be happy to either fix the problem or issue a full refund on the service in question.
