Terms and conditions:

I am in business to make the finest quality blades possible and will always stand by my work and craftsmanship 100%. I offer a 14 day return policy for any "ready made" item purchase that is returned in new and unused condition. See our return policy for full details.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin the work which is non-refundable (see return policy), the remainder will be due when the item is finished and ready to be shipped. Items will be shipped when the final payment is received.

How long a sharpened edge will last can vary greatly depending on several factors, some of which I cannot control (example: type of cutting board surface you use) and some I can (edge angle). Feel free to contact me for further details or to get tips on keeping your knife at it's best.

I am committed to my work and my customers satisfaction. I will gladly sharpen any blade that comes from my shop for free for the life of that blade, provided that knife was used properly for it's intended purpose, and so long as I am in business. That offer extends to any owner of my knives not just the original owner but does not include any associated shipping costs. My knives are built to see heavy use and are made to remain heirloom quality if properly cared for. Blades come in many different shapes and sizes because they are each designed with a specific purposes in mind, if a knife is used correctly for it's intended purpose it should outlive it's user. However, that is not true of knifes that are used incorrectly. Please contact me with any specific questions.

Knives can be extremely dangerous. I cannot stress this enough. It brings a smile to my face to hear that someone is surprised by how sharp I got their favorite old knife, but not when they found out by accidentally cutting themselves. A dull knife is a dangerous knife. When someone is used to a dull or poorly maintained knife they can develop dangerous cutting techniques to try and compensate for the lack of a keen edge. This can pose a safety risk when using a truly sharp knife for the first time in a while. So be careful, use you knife correctly and allow me to keep your blades sharp!

Customers be warned my knives are not toys or "wall hangers" they are extremely sharp tools designed for cutting and every day use, and as such need to be handled with care and respect.
